Based in the beautiful Yarra Valley, weddings and events are the focus of Sassafras. Here we celebrate the romance of the changing seasons, sourcing specially selected and blooms, including locally grown and foraged flowers, foliages and other botanical treats, naturally and expertly arranged to honour your love. Having been in the industry for 26 years, I’ve worked on countless weddings and events and I’ve honed a style that is abundant, generous and utterly romantic. I am absolutely obsessed with all things wedding flowers. I love diving into the details of colour palettes, texture and tone. Each wedding is different, even the same colour palette at the one venue, there’s always something new and that is a source of endless excitement to me. I am constantly learning new things in business and in floristry and am a collector of beautiful vessels and props.
